The rates listed below are group rates. We do not rent out individual villa. Your group may check-in as early as 10am and your check-out time is at 5pm. The six villas can accommodate up to 20 pax comfortably (on sharing basis) and we allow up to 8 more additional beds at extra charges.

Weekday rate applies to those checking-in on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays. If the stay is extended to the following weekend, weekend rate will apply to the extended day(s). |
(c) |
Early Bird Discounts of 10% will be extended to those paying their deposits at least 60 days prior tothe actual check –in. This amount will be deducted from the balance outstanding before check-in. |
(d) |
Repeat Guests are entitled to a 10% Loyalty Discounts.
(Repeat Guests are pay- master of the previous bills). |

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS :

A deposit of 25% is payable upon booking. Note: Our Quotation is valid for 14 days hence deposit must be made within this period to secure a confirmation.

The next 25% balance is due 21 days before arrival. Note: If booking is made less than 21 days before arrival date then 50% deposit is required to secure a confirmation.

The final 50% balance is due 7 days before arrival. Note: If booking is made less than 7 days before arrival then full payment is required to secure a confirmation. |
